A fictive horizon line on fluorescent tubes brings together panorama photos of the sky from 55 countries. All were taken the same day and time around the globe, 19th of dec. 1998, the death day of William Turner. The bright horizon seems to break up the concrete walls, to extend the limit of the given space and opening up the viewer’s perspective.
