One Sky

The project is of a unifying and peaceful spirit towards the world:

Children around the world are invited to take a photo of their view in the sky. They are 7 to 12 years old.

The children are presenting themselves with a portrait, by singing their favorite song and filling in a questionnaire saying what they are thinking when looking at the sky.

Living in different conditions, they tell us what they like where they live and what they would change, where they would like to be and why, who is important for them and who, from their perspective, is the most important person in the world.

192 children of the 192 countries are asked for their participation. It is not easy to contact a child in all countries in the world because of political, social or humanitarian problems.

Some of the firts pictures of One Sky are displayed at this website. The different views of the sky from around the world are unified to one big picture.

The participation of children of all 192 nations and their photos of the sky is one part of the art project.
